satisfactory breakfast, fairly clean hotel, incredible location enough to fuel you for a day of hiking. new-fashioned and en suite rooms with splendid views to the lake. extremely comfy bed, extremely friendly staff.

Oh man, the waffles at the breakfast buffet were pure magic! Plus, the fresh pastries and local cheeses were a culinary adventure. The hotel also had an inviting bar/lounge area where you could unwind after a long hike. And can we talk about the convenient hiking loop right near the hotel? Perfect for pre-hike stretches!

I had room 101, right by reception, so I could hear the buzz of chatter all night. The room felt a bit cramped, and folks could peek in from the stairway.
